Preparing Assets for Listing

Foreclosures, HUD, and REO properties require special care and skill to market. There are multiple tasks associated with each transaction. It’s not your typical “Zillow, MLS, open house, postcard” situation — we treat each situation as unique for the best results.

Valuations / BPOs

BPO drive-bys are considered “grunt work” by many agents and brokers. Not us. We understand there are many steps to preparing a property, starting with the initial evaluation. We consider it our “hello” when building our relationship with you and everyone involved in the property transaction.

We complete an interior BPO within three days of the assignment. If the property is occupied, out of respect for the occupants we complete an exterior BPO within the same three days. Our valuations include full exterior and interior inspections and photos, descriptions of the market area, and sales and listing comps with photos.
